Owing to the raise in energy price and growing sense about environmental protection, biking becomes prevailing among the public. More and more luxury branded fine works for bikes are hitting the market, which are coveted by gangsters accordingly. Besides, because bikes are light and portable and are assembled by simple structure, and it is also difficult to manage bikes, the bike protection system is weak indeed.
In order to prevent the weakness in management of bike security from causing public complaints, we have defined the anti-bike theft numbering service program to make the public and gangsters clear about the ID number on bike body exclusive for identification of each bike, in hopes of enhancing the bike protection system and increasing the difficulty in distribution of stolen goods, thereby reducing the occurrence of bike theft and protecting the public property safety effectively.
The bikes are equipped with anti-theft bar code for the purpose of “identification” and “association”, as the bar code thereon may help “identify” the bike owners although it is hard to identify the owner purely in terms of the appearance of bike, and also help the police “associate” their owners with clue and further verify the ownership. Moreover, it will increase the gangsters’ difficulty in distributing the stolen bikes and knock down the recycling dealers’ willingness to purchase the stolen bikes.
