What is sexual assault?
Sexual assault is constituted when a male/female person renders resistance impossible by violence, threat, intimidation, inducing hypnosis or any other means against the other party and has sexual intercourse with, or commits an indecent act against, the other party.
1. Sexual intercourse means the following sexual assaults that are not based on rightful purposes:

- Insertion of a reproduction organ into the reproduction organ, anus or mouth of another person or an act that makes them connect;
- Insertion of a body part or object other than the reproduction organ into the reproduction organ or anus of another person, or an act to make them connect (Paragraph 5 of Article 10 of Criminal Code)
- Indecent act means any act other than sexual intercourse that may satisfy one’s self desire, or be sufficient to arouse another person’s sexual desire.

(1) “S” means “Secure”, namely “seek for safety”.
(2) “A” means “Avoid”, namely “avoid danger”.
(3) “F” means “Flee”, namely “flee from disaster”.
(4) “E” means “Engage”, namely “engage with and deceive the enemy”.
2. Pithy formula for “Stop” of date rape
(1) “S” is the first letter of the English vocabulary “Security”. Though it is not necessary to be overreacted about an invitation for date, “be mindful of guarding against harm from another person” is required, as it is still possible that a romantic date would cause a bad memory for misfortune.
(2) “T” is the first letter of the English vocabulary “Time”. The date time shall be “normal”. For example, it is abnormal if any person invites another person to go out with him/her alone at 1:00AM after meeting him/her once only. In this case, the invited person shall refuse the invitation, or ask the inviter to change the date time to the normal hours.
(3) “O” is the first letter of the English vocabulary “Occasion”. The date shall take place in a “normal” occasion. General speaking, a bright, open and visible occasion will be safer for date. If you choose such occasion, you may be protected better.(4) “P” is the first letter of the English vocabulary “Person”. That is, the one you are going to date must be “decent” in terms of the one’s behavior, conduct and attitude, instead of his looks or dress.
