II. Notice:
l. A Foreign Person who has not obtained a work permit shall not be recruited to work within the R.O.C. 2. A foreign person who has failed to extend their visits or resident, or worked illegally may be forcibly deported within a certain period by the Authority and may be prohibited from re-entering the R.O.C.
3. For any alien having income from sources in the R.O.C., individual income tax shall be levied on the income derived from such sources in accordance with the income Tax Law of the R.O.C.
